The FORTEC Elektronik AG listed at stock exchange since 1990 again in its
25 years achieved positive results and according to latest information
increased profit per share in BY 2014/15 by 22% i.e. from 52 Cent to now 63
Cent.
 
Turnover in BY 2014/15 (01.07.2014 - 30.06.2015) was 45.9 million EUR
compared to 45.4 million EUR last year. The result before tax (EBT) was 2.5
million EUR (prev.year 2.2 million EUR); this increase is mainly based on
the participation of Data Display purchased per 01.10.2014. The group's
year's result of 1.87 million EUR clearly topped that of last year of 1.54
million EUR, thus confirming the forecast given for BY 2014/15.
 
The Board of Directors again suggests an unchanged dividend payment of 50
Cent per share. These facts and figures of FOREC's BY 2014/15 are
preliminary, uncertified information. The certified year's report will be
published on FORTEC's website on 30.10.2015.
