Management Board of the FORTEC Group

FORTEC is a stock-exchange listed public limited company with a dual governance structure. A two-person Management Board is responsible for running the company, while the three-person Supervisory Board appoints, oversees and advises the Management Board.

Sandra Maile, CEO and Chair of the Management Board

Business school graduate and qualified Supervisory Sandra Maile was appointed Spokeswoman in 2017, then Chair of the Management Board by the Supervisory Board in 2020. Ms Maile has many years of experience in development and production, and as a member of the Management Board she has responsibility for the areas of financial accounting and cost control, personnel, quality management, IT and capital market communication; in addition, she is responsible for various sites in Germany and subsidiaries in the Czech Republic and Switzerland.

Bernhard Staller, COO

In 2017 this qualified engineer and manager with extensive industry experience took over responsibility on the Management Board for the areas of Display Technology & Embedded, and he thus has oversight of a range of capabilities from distribution to production and complete solutions development. Since July 2020, Bernhard Staller’s Management Board responsibilities have also included the successful distribution of power supplies. He manages a variety of sites in Germany and is responsible for our subsidiaries in Great Britain and the USA.

Supervisory Board

Christoph Schubert, Chairman of the Supervisory Board

Christoph Schubert studied business administration in Tübingen and Münster and has been an auditor and tax consultant for over 25 years. Christoph Schubert has been a partner at a medium-sized business law firm of auditors/tax consultants and lawyers in Dortmund since 2013 and has 34 years of experience in consulting, especially for medium-sized companies.



Dr. Andreas Bastin, Vice-Chairman of the Supervisory Board

Dr. Andreas Bastin studied Engineering (specialising in Logistics) and completed a doctorate at the University of Dortmund on the topic of "condition-based maintenance using telematics". He has been responsible for managing medium-sized companies for over 25 years and has been on the management board of an international, stock exchange-listed company as member or chair for 14 years.



Christina Sicheneder, Member of the Supervisory Board (Employee Representative)

A wholesale- and foreign trade management clerk by training, she has been at Distec GmbH since 1996, first in international sales and from 2004 in marketing and communications.
