Sustainability at FORTEC Group
Living responsibility. Shaping the future.
For us, sustainability means more than just environmental protection. It is a holistic approach that characterises our daily actions - in ecological, social and economic terms. We firmly believe that companies must play an active role in shaping a future worth living. That is why we are committed and convinced to the responsible use of resources, fair working conditions and long-term partnerships. Our sustainability strategy is not a ready-made concept, but an ongoing process. We scrutinise, learn and improve - together with our team, our customers and partners.Â

Sustainability report
For us, sustainability is not a trend, but an integral part of our business activities. Even though we are not yet legally obliged to report on sustainability, we have made a conscious decision to already provide comprehensive and transparent information about our activities and progress in this area.Â
Our aim is to harmonise ecological, social and economic responsibility - for our employees, our partners, our customers and, last but not least, for future generations.Â
We have summarised what we do in concrete terms and how we implement sustainability within the company in our latest sustainability report.
Certified sustainable action - with a system
An important milestone on our path to greater environmental responsibility is our successful certification in accordance with ISO 14001, the internationally recognised standard for environmental management systems.
This not only creates transparent structures and processes for dealing with environmental issues, but also commits us to the continuous improvement of our environmental performance. The certification confirms that we systematically identify and evaluate environmental aspects and implement targeted measures - from energy efficiency and waste avoidance to the supply chain.
For us, ISO 14001 is not just a seal, but a clear sign of our ambition to anchor sustainability permanently and effectively in the company.

Your opinion counts - for more sustainability with impact
Sustainability thrives on dialogue. That is why we want to actively involve our stakeholders - whether customers, employees, partners or other interested parties - in our development.
The anonymous survey gives you the opportunity to tell us which sustainability issues are particularly important to you. Your feedback will help us to prioritise and focus our measures even more specifically.
The results are regularly analysed and flow directly into our internal decision-making processes.
