We are specifically active in sectors that require a deep understanding of regulatory, (cyber-)safety-critical and technological requirements. These include, in particular, medical technology, industrial automation, defence and the transport sector. These markets not only offer high barriers to entry, but also long-term, stable customer relationships and attractive margin profiles.

Global presence with local roots

Our internationalisation follows the "local to local" principle: development, production and customer support take place where our customers need us. We have established our own sites in Europe and the USA and are actively driving forward expansion in the Middle East. This model not only ensures efficiency, but also strengthens the resilience of our supply chains.

System provider with high vertical integration

We are consistently developing from a distributor to a system provider. Today, less than 25 % of our turnover comes from pure trading business. Instead, we are focussing on integrated solutions with a high degree of vertical integration and a significant proportion of our own proprietary technologies. This vertical integration creates differentiation, protection against imitation and margin strength.

Thanks to our international positioning with locations in Germany, Switzerland, the Czech Republic, the USA, the UK and Egypt, we are opening up new markets and strengthening our global presence. Technological trends such as digitalisation, IIOT, artificial intelligence and intelligent visualisation solutions are opening up additional growth areas that we are specifically addressing with our own development expertise and an expanded product portfolio.

Our embedded and power solutions create the technological basis for data-driven applications - for example for the industrial use of AI. At the same time, we support customers in increasing the cyber security of their systems with specific hardware and software components that are customised and implemented together with the customer.

Synergy effects within the Group, particularly as part of our "Grow Together Strategy 2025" and the more far-reaching "Strong Together Strategy 2030", increase efficiency and innovative strength. With the new development centre in Cairo, we are further expanding our technical capacities in order to implement future-oriented solutions even faster and closer to our customers.
