A team of over 230 employees markets, develops, produces and offers complete solutions in the areas of Display Technology, Embedded & Power Supplies.

Vacation

In addition to the statutory minimum entitlement of 20 days' holiday, we grant our employees an additional 10 days' holiday per year. Furthermore, bridging days can be easily compensated via the flexitime account.

Salary

Performance should be rewarded: In addition to a fair salary, we offer - depending on the position - variable remuneration based on the company's success.

Sustainability

We act responsibly: all German locations are powered by green electricity - including the charging infrastructure for e-mobility. We live sustainability in everyday life, e.g. with water dispensers, reusable drinking bottles and fair trade office materials.

Parking lot

There are plenty of free parking spaces available at our company headquarters - without any stress on arrival. Employees who own an electric vehicle have the option of charging their vehicle (depending on the location) at our company's own charging stations with 100% green electricity.

Working environment

Our light-flooded offices offer a modern working environment and workstations with the latest IT infrastructure. The Germering and Riedstadt locations also have air-conditioned offices (ceiling cooling without draughts) and an ergonomic workplace design.

Work-Life-Integration

Effective work-life integration is an integral part of our corporate culture. Our company-wide flexitime regulations create the framework for self-determined and needs-orientated working hours. Where the job allows, we also enable hybrid working - with up to two days of mobile office per week - in order to flexibly harmonise professional and private requirements.
